The nationwide policy subsidizing the installation of elevators in old buildings has already begun. Let's see if your city has this benefit. (Please refer to local policies for specific timeframes)

Hebei, Zhengzhou, Guangxi, Wuxi, Zhuzhou in Hunan, Yunnan

The second batch is about to be or has already been implemented

Guangdong

1) Zhongshan: A subsidy of 100,000 yuan per unit (implemented on December 23, 2018)

2) Guangzhou: subsidy of 100,000 yuan

3) Yuexiu District, Guangzhou: Maximum subsidy of 150,000 yuan (including a subsidy of 50,000 yuan for low-income families in difficulty)

4) Huizhou: subsidy of 50,000 yuan

5) Nanhai District, Foshan: subsidy of 30,000 yuan

Jiangxi

1) Jiujiang: (Special subsidies in the form of incentives, with a maximum of 100,000 yuan per unit, for the installation of elevators in existing residential buildings, with an investment amount within 40% and a maximum of 100,000 yuan.)

Heilongjiang

1) Harbin: (Subsidy of 150,000 yuan per unit will be provided soon)

Anhui

1) Wuhu: (Subsidy of 200,000 yuan for elevator, and subsidy of 50,000 yuan for pipeline renovation)

2) Hefei: The subsidy amount is 250,000 yuan (including a 10-year maintenance fee and an electricity subsidy of 3,000 yuan)

3) Chuzhou: For seven-story buildings, each unit will receive a subsidy of 180,000 yuan; for six-story buildings, each unit will receive a subsidy of 170,000 yuan; for five-story buildings, each unit will receive a subsidy of 160,000 yuan; and for four-story buildings, each unit will receive a subsidy of 150,000 yuan.

Jiangsu

1) Suzhou: (Financial subsidies of no more than 200,000 yuan per unit will be provided, with the costs involved in pipeline relocation jointly borne by the respective pipeline units and the government. The subsidy funds for Gusu District will be borne by the municipal and district finance departments, with specific measures to be formulated separately. The subsidy funds for adding elevators to existing residential buildings in Wuzhong District, Xiangcheng District, Industrial Park, High-tech Zone, and Wujiang District will be borne by the respective district finance departments. Changshu City, Kunshan City, Taicang City, and Zhangjiagang City may refer to and implement these measures based on their actual situations)

2) The maximum subsidy in Nanjing is 200,000 yuan

3) For buildings with five, six, and seven or more floors in Yangzhou, subsidies of 160,000 yuan, 180,000 yuan, and 200,000 yuan will be provided respectively

4) Wuxi, Jiangsu: For residential buildings with seven or more floors, a subsidy of 100,000 yuan per unit will be provided; for those with six floors, a subsidy of 90,000 yuan per unit; for those with five floors, a subsidy of 80,000 yuan per unit; and for those with four floors, a subsidy of 70,000 yuan per unit.

Shandong

1) Shandong: The maximum subsidy is 250,000 yuan (pilot cities: Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai), with a subsidy of 40% of the total cost of installing elevators.

2) Jinan: For seven-story residential buildings, a subsidy of 220,000 yuan per elevator will be provided for elevator installation; for six-story residential buildings, a subsidy of 200,000 yuan per elevator will be provided; for five-story residential buildings, a subsidy of 180,000 yuan per elevator will be provided; and for four-story residential buildings, a subsidy of 160,000 yuan per elevator will be provided.

Chongqing

1) The maximum subsidy in Chongqing is 250,000 yuan (60% of the total cost of survey, design, construction, etc. for each additional elevator will be subsidized)

Beijing

1) Beijing offers a maximum subsidy of 240,000 yuan

2) Haidian District, Beijing: The maximum subsidy is 700,000 yuan. For equipment purchase, a financial subsidy is provided on top of the municipal financial subsidy of 40%, with a maximum of 240,000 yuan per unit, expanding the subsidy ratio to 50% and a maximum of 300,000 yuan per unit. For the implementation of renovations related to water, electricity, gas, heat, and heating during the construction process, the municipal finance will provide financial subsidies based on the actual expenses incurred, with a maximum of 400,000 yuan per unit

Shanghai

Shanghai subsidy of 240,000 yuan

Zhejiang

1) Hangzhou offers a subsidy of 200,000 yuan

2) Ningbo offers a maximum subsidy of 200,000 yuan

3) Pinghu: Each unit will receive a subsidy of 50,000 yuan

4) Huzhou: Each unit will receive a subsidy of 150,000 yuan

Sichuan

1) The maximum subsidy in Chengdu is 200,000 yuan

2) For each elevator in Luzhou, a subsidy of 200,000 yuan will be provided (for existing elevator shafts, a subsidy of 100,000 yuan per elevator will be provided)

3) Nanchong offers a subsidy of 150,000 yuan

4) Deyang offers a subsidy of 150,000 yuan for six floors (based on each elevator stopping at six floors, with a subsidy of 150,000 yuan per elevator. For buildings with reserved elevator shafts, a subsidy of 100,000 yuan per elevator is provided). For each additional stopping floor, an additional subsidy of 5,000 yuan will be provided. For buildings with fewer than six floors (including six floors), no subsidy will be provided by the government.

5) The maximum subsidy in Mianyang is 150,000 yuan

Fujian

1) The maximum subsidy in Fuzhou is 100,000 yuan

2) The maximum subsidy in Xiamen is 220,000 yuan

3) Each unit in Putian will receive a subsidy of 80,000 yuan

4) The maximum subsidy in Zhangzhou is 100,000 yuan (for a six-story building, 5,000 yuan will be deducted for each additional floor)

Shaanxi

1) Xi'an offers a subsidy of 150,000 yuan

2) The maximum subsidy in Baoji is 150,000 yuan (for each unit that stops at 7 floors, the government will provide a subsidy of 150,000 yuan. For each additional or reduced stopping floor, the subsidy will be increased or decreased by 3,000 yuan per unit.)

Hubei

1) A subsidy of 100,000 yuan per unit in Wuhan

2) Shiyan: Maximum subsidy of 100,000 yuan

3) The elevator subsidy in Lanzhou is 100,000 yuan, with a supporting subsidy of no less than 100,000 yuan
